The EnergyComplete™ System reduces air infiltration in the home by up to 70%1, resulting in a more comfortable indoor environment for homeowners and lowering their heating and cooling bills by up to 1/3.2

The system components, EnergyComplete™ Air Infiltration Barrier with Flexible Seal Technology and PINK Fiberglas™ Insulation, are materials that do not require a chemical mask or fresh air ventilation suit, however, Owens Corning recommends a dust mask if the site is dusty.

    • 1Field measurements compared to typical new construction as predicted by Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory Reports No. 620078.
    • 2The average residential energy use for space heating and cooling is 39%. Buildings Energy Data Book, 2008, U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Savings vary. To find out more, contact your Owens Corning sales representative. Savings estimates are based on comparison to an average new U.S. home. The savings percentages compare the performance of a new home built to meet minimum insulation code requirements in a particular location to a new home insulated with the EnergyComplete™ System that meets or exceeds the DOE recommended insulation levels. The 1/3 savings on heating and cooling was calculated on a 2–story, 3,100–sq.–ft. new home with a basement in Denver, CO.
  • Easy and Safe to Install

The EnergyComplete™ System is fast and easy to install, and is safe for your installers and other trades on the job. More Info…

The EnergyComplete™ Air Infiltration Barrier machine

Unlike traditional spray foam, the EnergyComplete™ System requires minimal personal protection equipment.

Installers do not need to wear full body protection or have an external air supply mask, and other trades can safely work in the home during application. EnergyComplete™ Air Infiltration Barrier is applied with a portable, easy-to-clean spray system that automatically mixes the component sealant materials.

The low-expanding foam requires no shaving and cures quickly, so PINK Fiberglas™ Insulation can be installed in as little as 20 minutes (depending on temperature and relative humidity) after application of the sealant, eliminating work delays and improving job site productivity.
